By placing an order with us, you agree that Loyal Friends is not liable for any delays that may occur with your delivery. Once a package is handed of to the mailing carrier, Loyal Friends is no longer responsible for said package. Once an order is shipped, we are unable to cancel it. Please ensure the accuracy of your delivery address during checkout. Loyal Friends is not responsible for missing, stolen, or undelivered goods due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
If the delivery address was provided incorrectly, and it is not the fault of Loyal Friends, any additional costs incurred will be passed on to the customer.
Returns and Exchanges: For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs. Kindly note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. We kindly ask you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you notice any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Please include images of the defective items.
To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to include the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns that don’t meet our policy guidelines will be sent back to you and won’t be exchanged for store credit.
Please note that while most items are not eligible for return and considered final sale, sized items can be exchanged for a different size to ensure the perfect fit for your furry friend. Sized items are limited to apparel, leashes, collars, and harnesses.

If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, we’ll ship them together once the pre-order items arrive. This way, you can enjoy all your stylish finds in one paw-some package!
In the rare event of a delay of more than 3 weeks with the pre-order items, we’ll promptly notify you. We value your loyalty and will keep you informed every step of the way.
